Cementitious, acrylic polymer-modified rapid setting self-leveling compound for interior and exterior (not designed to be used in wood construction or wooden elements) for use from 3 - 30 mm thickness. To be used under ceramic tile coverings, cast stone and natural stone coverings. By reducing the water factor to about 15 % can be used over sloped substrates. Servoplan RE 330 must be used on exterior installations with proper waterproofing membranes. Servoplan RE 330 is a perfect underlayment solution under large format tiles.
The substrate must comply with VOB, be part C, DIN 18332, 18333 or 18352, must clean and load bearing ready. Exterior substrates consisting of cement screed, concrete, suitable old coverings (previously cleaned with alkaline basic cleaner) must be primed with Okatmos® UG 30 or Okatmos® DSG*.* Interior and mineral based substrates must be primed with Okatmos® DSG or Okatmos® UG 30. Prime calcium sulphate screeds in layers thicker than 10 mm with Okatmos® DSG or Okapox GF.

Mix Servoplan RE 330 with clean and cool water within the ratio of: 3.75 to 5.25 l/ 25 kg / 0.99 -1.38 U.S. gals. per 55 lbs using an electric mixer at max 600 U/min to a lump-free consistency. Mix it again after about 5 minutes slacking time. Use a flat trowel to spread it. Processing time: approximately 20 minutes.
If a second coat is required apply only wet on wet or after the first one is completely dry (use, Okatmos® UG 30 or Okatmos® DSG primers and apply a second coat). During drying avoid direct sunlight exposure and drafts. If in doubt, please provide a mock-up installation.
